The staff are friendly, polite, and helpful, all administration processes are fast, room and its facilities are clean, access to mall is quite convenient, the building materials make it looks exclusive and luxurious.
The view from the hotel is not their strength point, the taste & quality of the breakfast menus could've been better (esp. the sausages & beef bacon)
